Who We Are

Growing up there was always an entrepreneurial spirit inside of me waiting to come out. I sold my first chocolate covered strawberry outside of the bus stop before I even knew calculus.

Fast forward three years (and a pandemic) later, I started my own business to challenge the status quo of strawberry dipping and use creativity in and outside of the kitchen. 

This past year of Carly's Confections I've had the honor of immersing myself into the Bryan-College Station community, selling at pop up events and even became featured in local news articles. As a full time student, I've been honored to share my love for business and baking while continuing higher education.
